Indienne is a progressive Indian fine-dining restaurant at 217 W Huron St in River North, led by chef Sujan Sarkar, a Kolkata native who trained in London kitchens. The dining room sits in a renovated 19th-century printing warehouse and serves seasonal tasting menus in vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian and non-vegetarian versions that pair Indian flavors with French technique.
