About
Jazz Showcase is a jazz club inside the landmark Dearborn Station at 806 S Plymouth Ct in the South Loop. Joe Segal founded the business in 1947 with jam sessions at what is now Roosevelt University and, by his own estimate, presented jazz at 63 locations around Chicago over the decades. The club books national and Chicago jazz acts, typically with two sets a night.
