Kansaku

Kansaku is a Japanese restaurant and sushi bar at 1514 Sherman Ave. in downtown Evanston. Owner and chef Yoon Jae Kim opened the restaurant on November 13, 2006, and brings more than 20 years of sushi experience. The menu covers nigiri, sashimi, signature maki and cooked dishes such as teriyaki, katsu and donburi, and the bar stocks wine, sake and Japanese beer.
