KOVAL Distillery

KOVAL Distillery makes whiskey, gin and liqueurs from organic grain at 4241 N. Ravenswood Ave. in Ravenswood. The production building also holds the KOVAL store, a tasting room that pours cocktails and flights, and an outdoor patio. The store sells the distillery’s spirits, branded apparel and gifts, and KOVAL sells gift cards for its store, tours and events. The 45-minute tours walk visitors past the copper pot stills and finish with a guided tasting. Tours are for guests 21 and over and are booked online.
