About
L&L Tavern has operated at 3207 N. Clark St. under that name since 1985, when John and Lauretta Miller bought the bar, and current owner Ken Frandsen took over in the late 1990s, according to Block Club Chicago. The room is dark and plain, with a worn wooden bar, a tin ceiling and brewery signs. There is no tap, just cans and bottles and a decent Irish whiskey selection. The jukebox reached the Elite Eight in a 2026 Block Club bracket.
