Lawndale Christian Health Center

Lawndale Christian Health Center is a West Side community health center with its main clinic at 3860 W. Ogden Ave. in North Lawndale. The campus along Ogden also includes an immediate care clinic and pharmacy at 3910 W. Ogden Ave. and a health and fitness center at 3750 W. Ogden Ave. Other sites include an Archer Avenue clinic, an eye clinic, a Homan Square location, a clinic at Farragut Academy and a family and senior health center. Services range from adult and pediatric primary care to dental, optometry, substance use treatment and PACE for seniors.
