Lexington Betty Smokehouse

Lexington Betty Smokehouse is a barbecue restaurant at 756 E 111th St in Pullman, run by chef Dominique Leach and her wife, Tanisha Griffin. Named for Leach’s grandmother, Betty King, the restaurant grew out of a catering company and a food truck. The menu covers rib tips, brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey legs, wagyu hot dogs, mac and cheese, candied yams and collard greens, with vegan-friendly options.
