Mindy’s Bakery is a grab-and-go bakery at 1623 N Milwaukee Ave in Wicker Park, a block from the Damen Blue Line stop, opened in summer 2022 by pastry chef Mindy Segal after her restaurant Hot Chocolate closed during the pandemic. The yeast donut, airy and glazed in cinnamon sugar or salted caramel, is the draw, but the case also holds bagels with house-made cream cheese, croissants, laminated brioche, challah, cakes and cookies. There are no tables.
