About
Monochrome Brewing is a taproom and brewery at 2101 S Carpenter St in Pilsen, a few blocks east of Alulu. The large industrial room pours house beers, guest drafts and hard seltzers, and the taproom is bring-your-own-food: guests can have food delivered or catch the food trucks posted on the brewery’s Instagram. Monochrome is family-friendly and dog-friendly and runs fitness classes and run-club meetups out of the space.
