About
Monster Ramen is a ramen shop on Fullerton Avenue in Logan Square that specializes in gyukotsu, a Japanese broth made from beef bones. Owner Katie Dong opened the restaurant in 2022, and fresh noodles are made in a house noodle lab. Bowls include House Shoyu, Shio Tokusei, Miso Wagyu, a vegetarian Miso Yasai, a plant-based shoyu and The Monster, a signature bowl topped with wagyu.
