Montgomery Place
About
Montgomery Place is a not-for-profit retirement community on the Hyde Park lakefront. The community opened in 1991, built by The Church Home, an organization affiliated with the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago whose work with older adults dates to 1888. Four levels of living are on site: independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing, plus short-term rehab. The Life Care at Home program brings personal care to people who live in their own homes elsewhere in the Chicago area.
