Moovers Chicago began in February 2014 when founder Cezar Iordan, then a student, turned one van into a side business and incorporated the company. It has since grown into a family-owned moving firm with a headquarters at 5201 W. Grand Ave. and a second office at 5359 N. Kedzie Ave. The crews do local apartment and house moves, long-distance and out-of-state moves, and office relocations. Customers can book full packing, partial packing or unpacking, furniture disassembly and wrapping, or just loading and unloading for a truck or container they have rented themselves. The company also runs full-service and climate-controlled storage.
