Noon Whistle Brewing opened at 800 East Roosevelt Road in Lombard in December 2014, and the first beer out of the tanks was named First Born. The Lombard taproom and beer garden remain the company’s home base, with a second taproom in Naperville. The beer list runs from year-round staples to the Gummy series of sour and fruited beers, barrel-aged stouts and wild-fermented releases, plus Pause infused sparkling waters. A scratch-made pizza kitchen now serves a full menu every day, with brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The weekly schedule includes Monday trivia, poker nights, mahjong, music bingo and an October Oktoberfest, and the brewpub hosts private events.
