Paisans Pizzeria

Paisans Pizzeria started in 1985 at 5840 W 16th St in Cicero, when an Italian immigrant named Luigi began baking pizzas in a household kitchen oven inside a small corner store. His son Pete joined in the late 1980s, taking orders by hand and pinning them up with clothespins, and Pete’s sons now run the company. The Cicero shop is still the original, and the family has added locations in Berwyn, Brookfield, Lisle, Oak Lawn and Chicago plus a counter at Morton College. The menu is thin and deep pizza, wings, ribs, burgers and pasta, and the delivery slogan is You Ring, We Bring.
