Panadería Nuevo León is a family-owned Mexican bakery at 1634 W 18th St in Pilsen, a two-block walk from the Pink Line 18th stop. The shop sells conchas, bolillos, cuernitos and other pan dulce by the piece, tray-and-tongs style, and switches its ovens over to rosca de reyes for Three Kings Day. Block Club Chicago reported in January 2026 that the bakery has been baking on 18th Street for 52 years.
