Peach’s Restaurant

Peach’s Restaurant is the breakfast stop on King Drive at 47th Street, a block from the 47th Green Line station and across from the Harold Washington Cultural Center. Plates include shrimp and grits, berry pancakes, banana French toast, avocado toast and a wing plate the menu calls hangover chicken wings. The restaurant is one of chef Cliff Rome’s Bronzeville businesses; Block Club Chicago reported in June 2026 that Rome also heads Tafari’s Kitchen, the restaurant inside the Obama Presidential Center in Jackson Park.
