Ramen Wasabi

Ramen Wasabi is a Japanese ramen restaurant on Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square. Bowls start with a Berkshire pork broth simmered for 45 hours and come topped with pork chashu and organic ajitama eggs. The menu runs from the Original Tonkotsu and Hakata-style bowls to Sapporo miso, Tokyo shoyu, chicken paitan and a vegan tan tan men, with lunch and dinner service and online ordering for pickup.
