Ravenswood Event Center

Ravenswood Event Center opened in 2007 in a converted print warehouse at 4021 N. Ravenswood Ave., with brick, vintage pine and oak, and concrete floors. The Atrium seats 180 for a ceremony and 100 for dinner, the Loft seats 180 for dinner, and the larger Showroom has hosted concerts and product launches as well as weddings. Catering and planning are done in-house, and the venue publishes its room rates and starting dinner price online, which is unusual among Chicago loft venues.

What to know

• Saturday room rental in the Atrium and Loft is $7,000 from April through December and $5,500 from January through March, per the venue’s price page.
• Dinner receptions start at $165 per person, with a 150-guest minimum on Saturdays and 125 on other days.
• Alcohol is BYOB; an on-site ceremony adds $2,500 and includes day-of coordination and a rehearsal.
