Sable Creek Winery

Sable Creek Winery is Romeoville’s winery, a tasting room on Airport Road near the Plainfield line where the owners make 15 to 20 wines at a time from grapes sourced in California, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri and New York. The room pours flights and glasses with cheese and charcuterie boards, sells bottles and gifts, and runs a wine club. A private room seats 42 and the whole venue holds 112, so bridal showers and birthday parties fill weekends. The fall 2026 calendar had a harvest party with a grape stomp, music bingo, a book club and a Beetlejuice trivia night.
