Soul Veg City on East 75th Street in Chatham has served plant-only food for more than 40 years, first under the name Original Soul Vegetarian. The menu is vegan soul food and American standards: fried “chicken” sandwiches, falafel, salads, sweet potato fries, juices and smoothies.
