Taco Diablo

Taco Diablo is an independent, locally owned Mexican cantina and taqueria at 1026 Davis St. in downtown Evanston. The menu mixes Mexican ingredients with American touches, with house-made tortillas and salsas, tacos such as beef barbacoa braised in maguey leaf, tortas and starters. The bar takes a craft approach to margaritas, mezcal cocktails and other agave spirits.
