The Bull Moose opened in late May 2026 on the second floor above Beaumont’s, the rebuilt Lincoln Park tavern at 2020 N Halsted St owned by the Abu-Taleb family. The 76-seat room sits in an 1890 building under executive chef Johnny Besch. Beef is dry-aged in house, and each steak or chop comes with a choice of soup or salad plus Robuchon-style potatoes; the 18-ounce ribeye is $110 and serves two. The Armitage Brown and Purple Line stop is a block away.
