The Herrington Inn & Spa is a small luxury inn on the Fox River in Geneva. The 60 rooms and suites each have a fireplace and a whirlpool, and most have a patio or balcony with river views. Atwater’s, the inn’s restaurant, serves farm-to-table American food for breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the courtyard and river. A full-service European-style spa is on site, and about 3,600 square feet of event space, with exposed brick and a riverfront patio, handles weddings and meetings.
