Tre Dita is a Tuscan restaurant on the second floor of the hotel tower at 401 E. Wacker Drive in Lakeshore East, led by Los Angeles chef Evan Funke. Handmade pasta from an in-house laboratorio and steaks and fish from a wood-fire grill anchor the menu, which runs from pici cacio e pepe to a 60-day dry-aged bistecca alla Fiorentina. The name means three fingers, a nod to the thickness of that steak.
