Vistro Prime

Vistro Prime is the Hinsdale steakhouse from Paul Virant, the chef behind Vie and Gaijin, at 112 S Washington St. Virant’s original Vistro relaunched under the Prime name in March 2021, keeping signature dishes like the Vistro burger and adding steaks, chops and seafood. Grace Bradley, a certified sommelier, runs the wine list, and the bar leans on classic cocktails. The room is casual for a steakhouse, with a seasonal patio, a happy hour at the bar and live music the first Thursday of each month. The restaurant also runs a wine club and books private wood-oven dinners and catering.
