Santo Cielo

Santo Cielo is a Latin-influenced fine dining restaurant on the fifth floor of the Hotel Indigo at 123 Water Street in downtown Naperville, with views over the Riverwalk. The Cano brothers of the Bien Trucha Group opened the restaurant in April 2018 and call the cooking Latino Moderno: shrimp tacos in jicama shells, braised pork shank in banana leaf, house pasta with seafood and a one-pound bone-in New York strip with linguica and red chimichurri. There is a cocktail list, a separate Sunday brunch menu and glass walls that retract in warm weather.
