Quiubo
About
Quiubo is a modern Mexican restaurant at 120 Water Street in downtown Naperville’s Water Street district, the first restaurant to open there when the development debuted in March 2017. The Bien Trucha Group built the room as a larger, calmer version of Bien Trucha in Geneva, with hand-painted murals by the Mexican artist Spaik, about 75 seats in the dining room and 20 more at the bar. Tacos anchor a menu that changes with the seasons, and the bar leans on tequila, mezcal and sotol.
