About
Sparrow is a Cuban-inspired rum bar in a 1927 Art Deco building on Elm Street in the Gold Coast, a three-minute walk from the Clark/Division Red Line stop. The building was an apartment house with a lobby bar, and the bar reopened the room to the public after a 75-year closure. The shelves hold rums from more than 30 countries, with rotating selections from distilleries like Holmes Cay and Renegade, plus wine and craft beer, and the daiquiri is the house calling card.
