Ever is Curtis Duffy’s tasting-menu restaurant at 1340 W. Fulton St. in the West Loop, west of Ada Street and next door to the After lounge. The restaurant holds two Michelin stars. Dinner is an eight-to-ten-course tasting menu that runs about two and a half hours, reservation only, in an upscale room with a formal service style. Private event spaces sit in the same building, and the Ashland L stop on the Green and Pink lines is the closest transit.
What to know
- Reservations open two to three months ahead, released at 9 a.m. Central on the first Tuesday of each month.
- A 20 percent service charge is added to every check.
- There is no formal dress code; most guests wear business casual or cocktail attire.
- Corkage is $125 per bottle, limited to one per adult.
